From one day to the next, my front brakes suddenly made a metal-on-metal noise that genuinely concerned me. Being completely humbled by my current reality, one call after another, I called around to get quotes I couldn't afford. I then noticed EZ-Brakes offered at-home service, which spared me the fear of driving the car. To my surprise, their quote was in the low-to-mid range I'd received. I called in, and they had me booked for the following morning. The technician who arrived noticed I was under distress and was honestly really empathetic. He ran a test, walked me over the results, and made a recommendation. I ended up getting the front brakes + rotors replaced based on the proof I saw of what was left of the brake pads; replacing them without the rotors would have been a repeat problem all too soon. He let me know that, because they are family-owned, he would talk to his team to see what they could do to help me with pricing. I'll definitely call them back about the rear brake pads + rotors in a few months. Can't say enough about family-owned at-home service businesses. It's nice to feel heard and appreciated.

Quick and easy with friendly service! My rear brakes wore down to the rotors with no warning. EZ-Brakes: Mobile Brake Service was able to come to my work and get me all fixed up all while I was inside working! Chase was super friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell me.

My family has utilized EZ Brakes 3 different times on our family vehicles. Our experience has been great and Parker has been a pleasure to work with. Parker has been honest each time, performed great work and not “selling” us something we don’t need. This type of morales are rare in today’s world and is the main reason we have continued to utilize EZ Brakes and Parker. EZ-Brakes has now done both the front and rear brake pads with the most recent service including both front rotors. Both services were done by a highly professional technician and setting up an appointment could not be easier. The changes were no fuss and totally within the quoted service window. They are my go-to for all things brakes given the service and reasonable pricing for doing everything at my own home.

Really great company! Called and spoke with Chase on the phone who was very friendly and took time to give me a quote. Gio came out to replace my brake pads and did it in less than an hour! Was very friendly, helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and did a great job on the brakes. I paid what I was quoted plus I also had a broken driver side tail light and he replaced that in less than 10 minutes! Just great customer service! Just a great experience all around! I will definetly use them again in the future.
